SCES shared services is a model for delivering administrative support, combining and consolidating accounting, information technology services, human resources and purchasing/materials management into one distinct, market-efficient entity. SCES was created primarily to retain control and increase professionalism of core “back office” functions to maximize cost efficiencies.
